When the Eagles and Giants get together, wacky things tend to happen. The Eagles bounced back, regaining command of the game with a huge play, the focus of our Anatomy of a Play for Week 11: LeSean McCoy's 50-yard touchdown run on fourth-and-1.

The depleted Eagles showed signs of life against the playoff hopeful Giants, as Mike McMahon led a fourth-quarter comeback to send the game to overtime. But in the extra period, Osi Umenyiora forced a McMahon fumble at the Eagles' 27-yard line, setting up Jay Feely for the winning field goal.

Trailing by 17 points, New York's Tim Carter recovered a Burress fumble in the end zone for a Giants touchdown. Then, a Westbrook fumble led to Manning's 22-yard touchdown pass to Amani Toomer. Jay Feely forced overtime with a 35-yard field goal with seven seconds to play in regulation, aided by a 15-yard penalty on Trent Cole for kicking a New York player. The comeback was completed in overtime when Manning hit Burress on a 31 yard fade pass for the win.
1. Oct. 19, 2003: Eagles 14, Giants 10

The Eagles were desperate for a win, having gotten off to a 2-3 start. Chris Canty has labeled Todd Herremans a dirty player after the Philadelphia Eagles guard took him out with two low hits in the meeting with the New York Giants on Sunday night.

Jacobs will get the start over Bradshaw when the Giants host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 28, Giants coach Tom Coughlin told reporters today. Bradshaw, who is second in the NFC with 867 yards rushing this season, and D.J. Ware also will get playing time.

The Eagles are 7-3.

Bradshaw leads all National Football League running backs with six fumbles and five lost fumbles on 185 carries this season. While both players have five rushing touchdowns, Jacobs has gained 387 yards on 78 carries, fumbling once.
